July 1st – Larger than Life DJ Dance Party
The summer kicks off with a “Larger than Life” DJ dance party just for kids.  Everyone is invited to come down to the beautiful new Van Der Donck Park in Downtown Yonkers.  Celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of summer in style.

July 8th – Alaster Moock
Alaster Moock latest children’s album was nominated for a 2014 Grammy Award  and won gold medals from the Parents’ Choice Foundation and the National Parenting Publications Awards.  “Singing Our Way Through” was called “a masterpiece” by and was chosen as a “Best Kids Music” pick by People Magazine.  Moock believes in the power of music to reach people of all ages.

July 15th – Play Date
What in the world is that, way up in the sky? A Bird? A Plane? A Unicorn? A Unicorn-Pegasus! No… It’s Play Date, the award winning children band.  Soaring through time and space to win the hearts of kids, parents and magical creatures everywhere.  Play Date has won numerous awards, including the Parents’ Choice Award and Creative Child’s 2014 Seal of Excellence Award.  So grab a friend, tune your imagination to the key of awesome and buckle up before we take off – it’s time for Play Date!

July 22nd – Erik’s Reptile Edventures
Erik’s Reptile Edventures offers you a fresh look at reptiles for fans of all ages and interests, presenting you with and teaching you about a variety of animals from around the world, including lizards, snakes, turtles, crocodilians, toads, and much more.

July 29th – Mad Science
Mad Science is on a mission to spark the imagination and curiosity of children by providing them with fun, interactive and educational programs that instill a clear understanding of what science is, and how it affects their world.  Mad Science is a leading science enrichment provider, delivering fun, exciting and hands-on science experiences for children.

August 5th – Josh and the Jamtones
Josh & the Jamtones are not pushing an agenda of indoor voices, brushing your teeth or getting to bed on time. The Jamtones are an interactive/ultra-powered live band musical explosion guaranteed to get crowds of any age moving their bodies and singing along.  They are Parents’ Choice Award Winner and have multiple chart-topping singles played on Sirius XM’s Kids Place Live

August 12th – Tim & the Space Cadets
Brooklyn-based Tim and the Space Cadets play songs about the important things in life: pizza parties, snow days, and summer vacations. The band weaves their own childhood memories through textured pop tunes, rockers, and lullabies, including their XMKiDS chart-topping single “Superhero.”   They were named one of the top kid-friendly bands to watch by Timeout New York.

August 19th – NY Wild Animal Show
New York Wild raises public interest in wildlife and the environment to an entirely new level.  Stars of their unique show include two alligators, an 18-foot python, snapping turtles, snakes and lizards. Participants are amazed to see such impressive animals up close, but most are even more amazed to see the diversity of reptiles that live in their own city.

August 26th – The Deedle Deedle Dees
The Deedle Deedle Dees use rock-n-roll, country, hip hop, punk, and folk to teach kids about American history, the natural world, social action, and other cool stuff that they might never have thought about before. Kids are never expected to sit and listen to the Deedle Deedle Dees but to they spread their arms and fly around like Amelia Earhart or march to freedom like Harriet Tubman.
